Our client, Global Training Consulting Limited (GTC) is a world class management training and consulting organization who are experts in the field of personal and corporate development, and committed to excellence as standard. The company has offices in Nigeria and London and offers training in major cities. GTC seeks to recruit experienced and qualified individuals to fill various positions for their Nigerian subsidiary named Global Training International Limited (GTIL).

Account Managers/Business Development Executives X2:

Responsibilities :

The successful candidate who will report to the Marketing/Sales Manager will:

·         Develop and implement market penetration strategies to achieve the company's business objectives and goals

·         Articulate and manage a compelling corporate brand that communicates the essence of the company and its unique value proposition

·         Build an effective and efficient marketing unit

·         Build and manage new customer relationships

·         Develop distribution networks to ensure a wide reach for the company's products and services.

·         Monitor unit performance against monthly/quarterly/ annual growth objectives


·         Minimum of a University degree in any relevant discipline

·         Master's degree

·         Specialization in Marketing with relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage

·         Experience in the Human Resource Development and Training Sector will be an added advantage

·         Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience with at least 4 years in Sales & Marketing within a specialist service organization having corporate customers and not less than 38 years old.
