To liaise with relevant Departments in staff development and capacity building. To gradually and systematically build employee capacity that will compliment the ageing workforce via recruitment, head hunting, transfer and secondment. To properly place staff based on assessment programme that will enable management to identify skills/competency possessed by such officers and carryout organizational design that would determine the required manning levels.
