1. Applications Pre-Sales Consultant (CRM)

Experience, Technical/Professional knowledge:
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the IT and database market
  • Experience in CRM (Siebel) and the CMU&T Vertical preferable
  • Solution Architecture experience preferable
  • 5 or more years experience in an IT role
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP Applications (E-Business Suite)
  • Experience of large integrated systems advantageous
  • Previous experience in a support or customer facing role
2. Application Sales Representatives - Oracle Communications

Qualifications and experience required:
  • Successful track record of leading sales of enterprise applications into the communications industry within the Southern, Central & West Africa market.
  • Strong knowledge of communications industry in the territory, market drivers and company strategies.
  • Established relationships at various levels throughout customer organisations, with proven influence on completed sales.
  • Demonstrable experience selling to key influencers, stakeholders, committees and "C" level executives.
  • Proven ability and track record to individually perform all aspects of a sales cycle from gaining initial interest to closure and beyond.
  • Consistently achieved or exceeded sales quota objectives.
  • Demonstrated success of appropriately utilizing company resources to close business.

Experience / Technical / Professional knowledge:
  • Five years middleware technical experience either as a sales consultant (presentations, demos…) or consultant (delivery)
  • An understanding of enterprise architecture and technical architecture
  • Knowledge of J2EE platform and standards (XML, Java, Web Services…)
  • Experience with competing technologies in the area of middleware (no prior experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware is necessary although it would be an advantage)
